There are many resources available in our Community to assist with the issue of Childhood hunger. This site has been designed to support a new guide that was developed to help caregivers, as well as those in need, find the resource which best fits their circumstance.

Social Services

The Social Services office is located at 17202 Richmond Turnpike in Milford. They offer help with applications for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP), Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Women, Infants & Children - Food and Nutrition (WIC).

School Nutrition

The School Nutrition office is located at 16261 Richmond Turnpike in Bowling Green. They offer help with applications for the USDA, Food and Nutrition Services, School Nutrition Program Free and Reduced Meals Application (Breakfast and Lunch at School).

Parent Resources

The Parent Resource Center is located at 16221 Richmond Turnpike in Bowling Green. They offer assistance with various child care programs for school age children with a focus on special needs programs.

Regional Foodbank

The Regional Food Bank is located at 3631 Lee Hill Drive in Fredericksburg. They offer help with various feeding programs including those designed specifically for children such as Food 4 Families, Club Kids and Kids on the Go.

Caroline County

Established in 1728, Caroline County is located in the Eastern part of the Commonwealth of Virginia between Richmond and Washington D.C.. The County seat is located in Bowling Green. The visitor's center is at 23724 Rogers Clark Blvd. in Ruther Glen.
